Smoke Staff BBQ was founded in 2022 as a BBQ competition team by Mark Stafford who is from Norwood Park on Chicago’s Northwest side. Starting at the beginning of 2023, we branched out to the catering and events side of the business bringing a new flare to BBQ in the Chicagoland area. We have created our own brand of rubs and sauces that enhance the meats and sides we provide to a flavor you never had before.
After a busy spring and summer of street festivals, brewery pop ups, block parties, corporate and private events, Smoke Staff is ready to help your next gathering go from memorable to unforgettable.
